Protinex Vanilla Serradura

Protinex Vanilla

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Protinex Vanilla Delight
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 12-15 Marie biscuits
  • 1 cup reduced milk (1/2 lit milk reduced to 1 cup, no added sugar)

Method

  • Add the Protinex Vanilla Delight to the reduced milk, mix well till incorporated, taking care there are no lumps. Keep aside.
  • Whip the cream over a bowl of ice until thick and soft peaks are formed.
  • Gently fold in the Protinex Vanilla Delight and milk mix to the whipped cream. Do not over-beat it.
  • Grind the Marie biscuits to a fine powder, keep aside in a bowl.
  • Take a serving glass and start layering.
  • Start with a layer of marie biscuit dust. Top with the Protinex Vanilla Delight cream mix. Repeat the layers as
    shown in the picture.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 odd hours, before serving.
