Protinex Bread Rasmalai

Protinex Vanilla
Yields 1-2 Servings

Ingredients:

  • Milk – 1 litre
  • Saffron – 2 teaspoons
  • Crushed nuts – 2 tablespoons
  • Protinex – 4 tablespoons
  • Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Bread – 5 slices
  • Protinex Vanilla Delight

Method

  • Boil 1 litre milk with sugar and stir constantly. Then reduce the flame. Add 1 teaspoon saffron and 1 tablespoon crushed nuts. Add 4 tablespoon of Protinex in warm cup of milk (Ensure there are no lumps). Mix it well with boiled milk. Stir for 5 minutes and add 1 teaspoon cardamom powder. Take 5 bread slices and cut them in small circles. Add it to the milk mix. Garnish with nuts and 1 teaspoon saffron. Serve chilled.
