Mixed Berry Protinex Smoothie

Yields 1-2 Servings

Four simple steps will take you to a breakfast stacked with vitamins, minerals, fibre, antioxidants and most importantly Protein!

Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of Mixed Berries
  • 1-2 tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 chopped Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Low-fat Yoghurt
  • 1/2 Cup Crushed Ice
  • 2 Heaped tablespoons of
    Protinex

Method

  • Add all the ingredients, in a tall bender, and blend for 2 minutes, or until it forms a smooth homogenous mix. Add more yoghurt or ice, if need be.
  • Serve in a tall glass with a mint sprig.
  • Start your day with this smoothie for breakfast to have a nutritious and exceptionally delicious meal made of seasonal delights.
