  • 1 Glass of skimmed milk
  • 1 cup of Greek Yoghurt
  • 3 De-seeded Dates
  • 1 cup of chopped Mango
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 2-3 tablespoons Chia Seeds

Method

  • Add all the ingredients, cold, in a tall bender, and blend for 2 minutes, or until it forms a smooth homogenous mix.
