Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 Glass of skimmed milk
- 1 cup of Greek Yoghurt
- 3 De-seeded Dates
- 1 cup of chopped Mango
- 1 frozen Banana
- 2-3 tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 2 Heaped tablespoons of Protinex Original
