Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The Protinex No Chair Dare Campaign (“Event”) is open exclusively to Indian citizens who are 18 years of age or above and are
  currently residing in India.

2. Event Duration

• The giveaway period will run from 7th January 2026 to 30th April 2026.

3. Participation Rules

• Participants must perform the “No Chair Dare” pose with:
• Back against the wall
• Knees bent at 90°
• No additional support
• Timer displayed during the pose
• Judgment on correct pose will be at the sole discretion of the Organizer for leaderboard purposes.

4. Winner Selection

• Top 3 participants who hold the pose for the longest duration on the activity day will be declared winners on a fortnightly basis.
• In case of a tie, the Protinex brand authorized representative will make the final decision based on pose correctness and duration.
• Winners will be announced via Protinex Social Media handles (Instagram, Facebook).
• Winners will receive campaign-specific gratifications (Protinex hampers, Fitbit Inspire 3 bands, or branded merchandise).
• The selection and announcement of winners shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Organizer. Decisions are final and binding, \ and no correspondence or claims will be entertained.

5. Organizer Rights

• The Organizer reserves the right to:
• Amend these T&Cs, event format, date, or structure at its discretion, including changes due to applicable laws.
• Disqualify or exclude any participant at its sole discretion.
• Postpone, cancel, or change the timing of the Event without liability.
• Any changes will be communicated via Protinex Social Media pages.

6. Participant Declaration

• By registering and participating, you:
• Acknowledge and agree that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
• Confirm you are physically fit and medically capable of participating and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.
• Accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation and release the Organizer from any liability.

7. Intellectual Property & Branding

• You may not use or reproduce the Danone / Protinex name or logo in any manner implying partnership, sponsorship, endorsement,
  or affiliation without express written consent from NIPL

8. Data Usage & Recordings

• By participating, you consent to:
• The Organizer using your images, videos, and other recordings for an unlimited period of time, in any media, without compensation.
• Your personal data being collected, stored, and used by the Organizer for campaign-related purposes and brand marketing in perpetuity.
• You agree not to raise any claim or objection regarding such usage.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These T&Cs and the Event are governed by the laws of India.
• The parties agree that the courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or in connection with these T&Cs.

10. Participant Warranties

• You represent and warrant that:
1. You are at least 18 years of age and a resident of India.
2. You have read, understood, and agreed to these T&Cs.
3. You are aware of and voluntarily participating in the Event.
