1. For the purposes of these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. “Eligible Products” means the following Protinex-branded stock-keeping units (SKUs) that are eligible for redemption under this Offer:
   (a) Protinex Vanilla 200 gm; and
   (b) Protinex Chocolate 200 gm.
2. “Offer Period” means 13th August 2026, 12:00:01 AM IST, and shall remain valid until the earlier of: (a) the first 1,000 (One Thousand) Successful Redemptions under this Promotion across all Eligible Products; or (b) 31 August 2026, 11:59:59 PM IST, (the “Offer Period”).
3. “Promo Code” means the unique, single code issued by the Organizer (or its authorized service provider) to a Customer, which entitles such Customer to purchase one (1) unit of either Protinex Vanilla 200 gm or Protinex Chocolate 200 gm at a price of ₹1 (Rupee One only), exclusive of applicable shipping, handling, packaging, or other charges (if any), subject to these Terms.
4. “Platform” means, for the purposes of this Promotion, the Amazon India marketplace/website operating at www.amazon.in and/or the Amazon shopping mobile application (“Amazon”), being the authorized e-commerce platform through which the Promotion is made available, Promo Codes are redeemed, and Eligible Products are purchased and fulfilled.
5. “Successful Redemption” means a Promo Code that has been validly applied by a Customer to complete a purchase transaction of an Eligible Product for ₹1, resulting in a confirmed order on the Platform.
6. “Account” means the registered user account, customer profile, or checkout identity (including guest checkout, where applicable) used by a Customer to transact on the Platform.
7. “Amazon Terms” means, collectively, Amazon’s Conditions of Use & Sale, Privacy Notice, return/replacement/refund policy, and all other applicable policies, terms, and guidelines published by Amazon and governing the use of the Amazon platform and the purchase of products thereon, as updated by Amazon from time to time.

2. This Promotion is valid only within the territory of the Republic of India.

3. This Promotion is being conducted exclusively through Amazon. To participate, redeem a Promo Code, and purchase an Eligible Product, a Customer must hold a valid, active, and duly registered account on Amazon and must independently satisfy Amazon’s own eligibility criteria for registration, ordering, and checkout.

The Organizer does not control, and is not responsible for, Amazon’s account registration or verification process.

4. Customers who receive a valid Promo Code may use such code to purchase one (1) unit of either Protinex Vanilla 200 gm or Protinex Chocolate 200 gm (Customer’s choice, subject to availability) for a purchase price of ₹1 (Rupee One only), exclusive of any applicable delivery/shipping charges, cash-on-delivery charges, convenience fees, or statutory levies, which (if applicable) shall be communicated transparently to the Customer prior to checkout and shall be payable by the Customer.

5. The Offer is applicable only to the Eligible Products. No other Protinex product, SKU, pack size, or variant is covered under this Promotion unless expressly notified by the Organizer in writing.

6. The Offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing discount, coupon, promotional offer, loyalty benefit, or cashback offer unless expressly permitted by the Organizer in writing.

7. The ₹1 price point is a promotional price applicable strictly to the first eligible unit purchased through a valid, unused Promo Code and shall not apply to any subsequent or additional units.

8. This Promotion is run through, and the purchase transaction for the Eligible Product shall be concluded and fulfilled on, Amazon. Accordingly, in addition to these Terms, the Amazon Terms shall apply in full to the browsing, ordering, payment, delivery, return, replacement, cancellation, and refund aspects of the transaction. The Organizer is the promoter of the Offer and the seller/brand owner of the Eligible Products and is not the operator of Amazon; Amazon is an independent third-party e-commerce platform not owned, controlled, or operated by the Organizer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Amazon Terms in relation to platform, checkout, payment, delivery, return, replacement, cancellation, or refund matters, the Amazon Terms shall prevail to that extent; in relation to the eligibility, structure, validity, and administration of the Offer itself (including the Promo Code, offer price, offer limits, and Offer Period), these Terms shall prevail.

9. To redeem the Offer, the Customer must enter the valid Promo Code at checkout on the Platform prior to completing payment. Promo Codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed or paid for.

10. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the Promo Code is entered correctly.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any failed redemption arising out of incorrect entry, technical issues on the Customer’s device/network, any technical malfunction, system error, or operational disruption attributable to the Platform or delay in application of the Promo Code prior to expiry.

11. Successful Redemption is subject to order confirmation by the Platform and is not guaranteed merely upon entry or acceptance of the Promo Code at the cart stage.

12. The first 1,000 eligible purchasers shall be determined solely through Amazon’s systems, records, and processes.

13. We shall have no involvement, control, discretion, or influence in identifying, ranking, sequencing, verifying, or selecting the first 1,000 eligible purchasers.

14. Amazon’s determination of purchaser sequence and eligibility shall be final and binding.

15. We shall not entertain any correspondence, complaints, claims, or disputes relating to the determination of the first 1,000 eligible purchasers.

16. This Promotion shall commence on 13th August 2026, 12:00:01 AM IST, and shall remain valid until the earlier of: (a) the first 1,000 (One Thousand) Successful Redemptions under this Promotion, in the aggregate, across all Eligible Products; or (b) 31 August 2026, 11:59:59 PM IST, (the “Offer Period”), after which the Promotion shall automatically close and no further redemptions shall be permitted.

17. Each Customer/Account is entitled to:

1. a maximum of one (1) unit of Eligible Product under this Offer during the entire Offer Period; and
2. a maximum of one (1) Promo Code redemption.

18.Where a redemption or order is cancelled after payment of ₹1 has been successfully processed, the return, cancellation and refund of the Eligible Product shall be governed by the applicable return, replacement and refund policies of Amazon as updated from time to time.

19. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, withdraw, extend, shorten, or terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part, including these Terms, at any time, with or without prior notice, where necessitated by:

1. technical or operational issues affecting the Platformor Offer administration;
2. force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government action, regulatory changes, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control;
3. changes in applicable law or regulatory directions; or
4. any other circumstance that, in the Organizer’s reasonable business judgment, warrants such action.

Any modification to these Terms shall be effective upon publication on the Platform and shall not affect Successful Redemptions completed prior to such modification.

20. The Organizer shall not be responsible for:

1. any delay, failure, or interruption in the availability of the Platform, including due to internet connectivity, server downtime, or third-party payment gateway issues; or
2. any issue arising from courier, logistics, or last-mile delivery partners, since Amazon is an independent third-party e-commerce platform not owned, controlled, or operated by the Organizer, and the Organizer has no control over Amazon’s terms, policies, or operations.

21. All trademarks, trade names, logos, product names, packaging, promotional content, and other intellectual property associated with “Protinex” and this Promotion are the exclusive property of the Organizer.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any license or right to use such intellectual property.
