Terms and Conditions for the Offer

Please read the below mentioned Terms and Conditions carefully before taking part in this offer. By participating, the participant affirms that they have read, comprehended, and consented to abide by these Terms and Conditions and shall not dispute the same at any point of time.

1. Offer Validity – This scratch card offer is valid from 01 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024 (both days inclusive) or till stock lasts (Offer Period) on purchase of offer Protinex product.

2. This offer is exclusively available to Indian citizens who are 18 years of age and are currently residing in India.

3. Offer Value- The discount value is fixed at INR 500 and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of value.

4. Process to redeem the Code on the Scratch Card–

  • Login with your mobile number/email on cultsport.com
  • Add items to your cart.
  • Apply coupon code at the time of checkout.
  • Complete payment to confirm your order.

4.1 The Offer is applicable to all Cult branded products as listed on the official website.

4.2 During the checkout process, participants will be prompted to enter the unique code found on the scratch card.

4.3 Upon successful code application, a discount of INR 500 will be deducted from the total purchase amount.

4.4 Each unique code can be redeemed only once. Multiple codes cannot be combined for a single purchase.

4.5. However, a single user may redeem 5 unique codes per account.

4.6 The unique code cannot be redeemed after expiry of the Offer Period and Participant agrees to waive off right of redemption on the date of expiry of Offer Period.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery – The responsibility for shipping and delivery of the product purchased from official website cultsport.com lies with Cultfit Healthcare Private Limited (Cultfit’s). Any issues or concerns related to shipping and delivery should be directed to Cultfit’s customer service.

6. Nutricia International Private Limited is not responsible for the quality, guarantee, warranty, merchantability, durability, suitability for any particular purpose, of any of the purchased products from official website cultsport.com  .

7. Disputes and Verification

7.1. Any disputes regarding code validity will be subject to verification by Cultfit.

7.2. Cultfit reserves the right to reject any code that is suspected to be invalid, forged, or obtained through unauthorized means.

8.The discount value is fixed at 500 [INR] and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of value.

9.General Conditions-

9.1. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.

9.2 Any misuse or fraudulent activity related to the redemption of codes may result in the cancellation of the offer.

10. This Offer is on a “best effort” basis and is subject to “force majeure” conditions, including acts of God, strikes, war, riots, change of law, statutory prohibitions / restrictions.

11. Modification or Termination –Cultfit and Nutricia International private Ltd. Reserves rights to withdraw/suspend/cancel/curtail/amend, the terms and conditions of this Offer without any prior notice / without assigning any reason /without justification to any person. The decision regarding the same shall be final and binding and Cultfit and Nutricia International private Ltd shall not be responsible/ liable for any damages, claims, loss, liability, compensation or inconvenience whatsoever.

12. All disputes with respect to this offer are subject to exclusive Jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only.

14. Individual’s personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with Cultfit Healthcare Private Limited Privacy Policy, available on their website.

15. Scheme is only for end consumer and hence inside pack, no trade channels in between would be entitled to above benefit, in case of any instance found otherwise recovery would be initiated from particular trade channel
